The Canned Bowl
For when there’s just about nothing fresh in sight: Place two Nutrific biscuits in a bowl, then add: (making sure you get some of the juice) Some canned mango, canned litchi, canned blackcurrant, canned orange, canned pineapple, half a sliced banana and a teaspoon of coconut. Feel free to substitute fresh fruit for any of the canned versions.
